Reserve your room early. All rates are subject to taxes, currently 10.06% per room
per night.
EXTENDED STAY
For those interested in visiting the Silicon Valley area, room rates have been
extended, pending availability, for two days prior and two days following the
event.
PARKING & SHUTTLE SERVICE
The Doubletree offers complimentary hotel parking, as well as a
complimentary shuttle between the hotel and the San Jose airport.
Please contact the hotel directly for shuttle schedules and availability.
CANCELLATIONS
It is the responsibility of the
individual guest to cancel their hotel reservation, directly with the hotel, 72 hours
prior to the scheduled date arrival. In the event of a guest no-show, charges
will be billed to the individual guest.
EARLY CHECK-OUT
The Doubletree will charge a fee of $50.00 to any guest who checks out before
their originally scheduled departure date. However, guests may change their
scheduled departure date upon check-in without penalty.
