Payment information
Registrations must be paid in full by the opening of the conference. Check, credit card, money order or cash will be accepted for payment on-site in Palm Springs.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 18, 2000. Substitutions will be accepted. Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant or group coordinator. Substitutions will also be accepted and processed on site. The substitute must bring a letter on official letterhead naming the substitute attendee and the original registrant.

TechEd2000 is committed to making conference activities accessible and enjoyable to all. If you have any type of special need or disability please give advance notice to the TechEd Registrar at 916-551-2041 so proper arrangements can be made.

College Credit
Fresno Pacific University, WASC accredited, is offering College Credit for TechEd2000. Fees are $47 per semester unit. The course content reflects identified California Standards for the Teaching Profession. A written assignment will be required. Detailed information will be available on site. Group Registration
Groups of 10, 25, 50 or more receive substantial savings when registering together. Please submit all group registrations at the same time. If you need information on group registration, please contact TechEd2000 registration at 916-551-2041.

Meals
Complimentary coffee will be provided each morning. Meals are not included in conference registration fees.
