What comes with a TechEd2000 exhibit space?
TechEd2000 exhibit spaces include standard pipe and drape (8' draped back walls and 3' draped side rails), a booth identification sign, aisle cleaning, and general event security.
Do I need carpet in my booth?
The Palm Springs Convention Center does have dark-colored, wall-to-wall carpet in the exhibit hall. To provide additional booth padding for attendees and your staff or to simply keep your corporate color scheme consistent, carpet installation is recommended.
When do I get information about ordering booth decorations?
When a contract and deposit are received, the primary contact for your company will receive an exhibitor service manual that offers helpful information and order forms. An online version of the exhibitor kit for your use is under construction.
How can I get an exhibitor services manual?
Each exhibiting company receives an exhibitor services manual. To order additional manuals at $25 each, fax credit card and mailing information to 916-553-3039, attention Stephanie Baker.
From whom can I rent carpeting, a table, chairs, and wastebasket for my booth?
GES Exposition Services is the event decorator. They are able to provide you with booth necessities, decorations ranging from plants to hanging signage, and staff to assist you with your setup.
I need an internet connection at the event. What are my options?
Your TechEd2000 exhibitor kit will offer a form for connecting to our T1 line, which will offer very fast internet service. You will also have an option to order phone service in your booth.
How can I keep my booth costs low?
With nearly all the services offered to exhibitors at TechEd2000, there are early deadlines that offer reduced rates. In other words, order early and save!
How will my staff and I register for the event?
Within the traditional and online exhibitor kits, event registration opportunities are offered. Since all staff (exhibit staff and presenters) needs official badges to enter the hall, registering your staff before the event prevents congestion in the registration area and speeds up the process.
